Terms of Sale

1. Minimum order is $ 1,000.00 on Dollar store items and $ 200.00 on jewelry, hair accessories and marble onyx products..
2. All prices are net F.O.B. Los Angeles, CA Warehouse; thus the customer will pay all freight charges. Titles of merchandise pass to buyer at origin; customer owns goods in transit and must fill all claims for loss, damage of freight overcharges with the freight carrier
3. Claims for shortages, damaged or defective merchandise must be reported in writing within 2 days of receipt of goods. Carton shortages must be indicated on carrier's delivery receipt bill of lading.
4. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a return authorization number. Returns and cancelled order may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Invoice copies and delivery copies must accompany all returns.

Payment terms are as follows:
a) Prepayment; Cashier's Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer and Company Check.
b) Credit Card: Visa, master Card, Discover and American Express Cards
c) Net 30 Days: D & B rated customers may be eligible to open 30-day accounts on approved credit. A signed credit application is required.
d) Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise is subject to stock availability. Discount King Inc., shall not be responsible for any typographical errors, packing or design changes. Liability of Discount King Inc. is limited maximum to the purchase price of merchandise.
